This month’s 8 hour “Realizing the American Dream: A Homebuyer’s Workshop” is Saturday, January 19th from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Windsor, Vermont.

Professionals will provide information on affording a home, managing money, repairing and rebuilding credit, qualifying for a mortgage, no- and low-down payment programs, loans for closing costs, working with a real estate agent, house inspections, and home maintenance. With this information prospective home buyers will be able to put together a team of real estate professionals to help them buy the most home for their money.
